Collection of Information:
All of the information we collect from this website comes from HTML forms, and is volunteered by you, the visitor. The information you send us may be stored in a database for future use. In addition, certain non-personally identifiable information is collected and stored to help us run the website. Information such as your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 95, etc), your screen resolution, and other technical and geographical information is stored.
How We Use Information:
The information we collect may be stored in our database and may sometimes be used for marketing purposes and/or for customer relations. Some examples of how we might use your information:
- If you sign up for our newsletter, we may contact you regarding upcoming events, new Bluegrass Gospel CD releases, and other bluegrass gospel related information.
- If you use the "Tell-a-Friend" form, we will use the information to contact your friend and tell that friend about the webpage you were on.
We will not SPAM your email address. We will not annoy you constantly. Any contact you might receive from us will be infrequent, and you can always ask us to stop.
Distribution of Information:
We do not sell, share, or do anything bad with your personal information. Nobody sees what we have stored in our database but us. There are, however, two instances where we might reveal your personal information:
- If we are legally obligated to do so.
- If you ask us what we have stored for you (and you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are who you say you are).
